FLAIR is a design focused property marketing studio based in Bath & North East Somerset, founded by Kristina, a designer with over ten years of property marketing experience across the UK and Canada.
That background, working closely with estate agents on brochures, feature sheets, websites and large scale property events, is what shaped the way FLAIR works today. We understand the pace of the property market and what agents genuinely need, and we believe great service is just as important as great design. Clear communication, quick turnarounds, and a smooth experience from first enquiry to final file are things we take seriously with every project.
